Auto Loading System (Tray)
After cutting PCB, it is unloading it to tray directly and same direction by using rotated unloader after cutting it. And full try is released by order with stacking system.

Auto Pass/Fail Separation System
It is separating the pass/fail PCB through data from front equipment by MES or NG mark data. And passed PCB is unloading to Tray and Failed PCB is unloading to NG conveyor.

Real-Time Monitoring of Spindle RPM
It is protected PCB from Spindle error problem by real-time spindle RPM monitoring applied the RPM sensor.

Finger Scan Function
As more enhanced security function than previous log-in system, customer can manage the machine operation & maintenance more efficiently, Fingerprints of authorized persons are registered in the system with their face picture, and they can log in the system with their fingerprints. The log-in record remains at log file of system.
