X-Treme Series Desiccant Dry Cabinet has been specifically designed for drying and storing moisture sensitive devices (MSDs). According to IPC/JEDEC J-STD 033C ve IPC-1601 standards, moisture-sensitive materials and PCB’s can be stored in these cabinets for an unlimited period of time. XTC-510-S3 Model Desiccant Dry Cabinet is suitable for medium and high-volume production due to cabinet dimensions also it can be used for baking (floor life resetting) purposes with optional heater units. In addition to the XTC-510-01 base model cabinet, XTC-510-S3 Model has indoor light, heating up to 60áµ’C, and outdoor sensor features.

It is one of the most used cabinets due to its ergonomic structure and high volume. The XTC-510-S3 Desiccant Dry Cabinet equipped with a patented drying unit DHM-01. The patented DHM-01 desiccant drying unit guarantees constant low relative humidity ≤0.5%RH for short to long-term storage thus oxidation risks associated with long term storage can be avoided. Ideal for the moisture-proof and anti-oxidation storage of wide-ranging technologies.

The drying unit of X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets operating at very low humidity levels and heating units work together to provide a fast and healthy baking process at low temperatures for floor life resetting process. It provides a larger area and a more controlled drying environment compared to traditional ovens. Low-temperature baking prevents problems such as delamination, micro-cracks, popcorn affects, and solderability in MSDs (Moisture Sensitive Devices) arising due to high-temperature stress on the materials after baking in traditional ovens.

The touch screen control panel provides 800x480px resolution in 7″ touch-capable area. The user can reach all important data in the cabinets with simple clicks. X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets fully network compatible, it can be reached remotely via computers, phones, and tablets which are using Wi-Fi and ethernet connections. The cabinets are equipped with high-precision sensors and integrated data logger for performance traceability.
X-Treme Series Auto Dry Cabinets are ESD Safe and conforms to the current ESD 61340-5-1 standards.
